We Build Websites
We are web developers, we build websites that load fast, are easy to navigate, and rank well in Google. We work a lot with web designers, graphic designers and marketing consultants. I guess if building a website was like building a house, designers are the architects and we are the builders. We take a creative idea and turn it into technical reality. |

We Host Websites
Registering domain names can be a minefield so we do this on behalf of other businesses. We make sure that domain names never expire or fall in to the wrong hands. We are web hosting specialists, we specialise in New Zealand based, high availability web hosting. We also manage email hosting for clients, configuring POP accounts, email aliases, redirects and use one of the best anti-spam systems in New Zealand on every account. |

We Manage Websites
We look after the website assets of companies and organisations in New Zealand, Australia and the U.K. Especially small businesses who don't have their own I.T department. We update websites, optimise them for search engines, broker link requests, set up web marketing campaigns, facilitate email marketing, and offer I.T. Support. For some customers, we even answer their phones! We operate a business hours helpdesk so that our clients can get support and service quickly and when they need it. All of this is made possible thanks to a Content Management System (CMS) that we have developed - the Klixo CMS for Websites. |

For the past four years we have been working for Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) all over New Zealand building and maintaining websites that are quick to load and easy to navigate, and we're getting pretty good at it. We have developed our own system for updating websites that anyone can use (and hundreds of people do), and we also sell web hosting, domain names and email addresses and manage those too. We have a free helpdesk that any of our customers can phone during business hours called Klixo Support. In 2006 Klixo Support won a AAA Award for Best Customer Service organisation in the Whakatane District. The other finalist was PGG Wrightsons.
