Login Problems?

 

Here’s a list of things you can check to hopefully sort out your login problems.

 

1. Make sure you are ticking remember me when logging in to klixo.

 

2. make sure cookies are turned on, in internet explorer.

 

3. if you have installed service pack 2, or someone else has, check the security settings in the control panel.

 

4. if you have any spyware or pop up blockers running turn them off.

 

5. if you have tool bars installed such as: Alexa or yahoo toolbars uninstall them or check to make sure that they are not blocking cookies.
