Klixo have been working with Ngati Umutahi in Matata to provide a portal for Nga Iwi o Ngati Umutahi. The website features a private area where members can view exclusive news, photos and information. The frontpage of the website features an emotive black & white slideshow with images from on the Marae; the website has been themed to convey the strong emotional connection that iwi share with their marae, and to present the face of Ngati Umutahi.
Registration is required to access the majority of the content on the site and registration data wil be used to help complete important whakapapa data for Ngati Umutahi.
www.umutahi.iwi.nz was designed by Erika Jolley at Emagination (NZ) Ltd for The Ngati Umutahi Marae Trustees, represented by Anthony Olsen. Web development and optimisation was completed by Richard Parfitt at Klixo with additional programming and project management by Daniel Larsen.
