improvements to publishing engine

Improvements to KPUBLISH - version 1.0.145

Over the past month we have been working on improvements to the Klixo Publishing Engine (KPUBLISH) to reduce the number of publishing errors in the publishing queue. We have made the engine more intelligent in the way that it deals with common errors like server outages, low server disk space and slow internet response times. We have also fixed a small bug with our logging system that was causing some jobs to fail.

The improvements mean you will see less publishing errors.
