Today we upgraded and improved security on the form-to-mail service

Symptoms

Some users may be asked for their login details when picking up messages from the system

Resolution

Please login to Klixo as per usual. To avoid having to login again on your PC in the future, tick the Remember Me box. NB: do not tick remember me if you are using a public PC in an internet cafe or shared space.
