Deep sea diving charter operator Sportsworld Whakatane offers a unique diving experience to visitors to the South Pacific: the opportunity to scuba dive an active volcano! Dive White Island is an award winning visitor attraction that is totally unique, so how do we get this important message to a global audience of divers, instructors and tourists?
The answer is a coordinated website marketing programme that includes a Search Engine friendly website, a targeted Google Adwords campaign, and paid-for links from popular web directories like www.yellowpages.co.nz.
We took the original Dive White website and made a few simple modifications to make it easier for both search engines and visitors to navigate the site, installing the Klixo Content Management System to make the site easier to keep up to date. We also installed enquiry and comments forms using our Form-to-mail service which has the added advantage of keeping a log of enquiries for 31 days.
Modifications to the site were easy and cost effective thanks to a great original web design by Dave Wilkinson at Web Frenzy. Richard at Klixo performed the web development and programming, and Daniel at Klixo optimised the site for Search Engines and optimised the Google Adwords campaign.
