Suplier Firewall and core switching systems upgrade

One of our supliers will be carrying out maintenance on their core network this coming Sunday morning:

Date:  Sunday 8th July 2007
Time:  8-9am
Impact:  10-20minutes complete outage

During this upgrade, changes will be made to their firewall and core switching configurations. This will improve the resiliency of their network.

The outage will affect the following systems:
Klixo website manager
Form-to-mail
Search engine service
Subscribe service
Customers websites and email will not be affected except where they use the above services.

This time has been chosen to ensure there is minimal impact upon customers and services.
